Fascination headwear was born in Melbourne Australia to offer modern and easy to wear millinery creations. All pieces are hand made by designer Jessica Doyle, who mixes materials such as silk flowers and dyed feathers with veiling, Swarovski crystals, glass beads, ribbon and funky buttons.
